Additional Information for all Orders
You must be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered. If the delivery fails, the courier will leave you a note. You must then contact them within 5 working days to arrange a suitable delivery time; failing this, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In these instances, we are unable to send the parcel out for a second delivery attempt without charging. If the goods are returned to us because you no longer want the order, then a refund will be given. If we incur a delivery cost, this will be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: All European orders are delivered duty and tax paid. The price you pay on checkout is the final price you pay.
