Our web site will automatically calculate the appropriate delivery charge when you select your location on our buy page during the checkout process. If your order (excluding postage) is over £40, the shipping costs will be deducted automatically.
VAT free orders - If your place of residence is VAT FREE then this will automatically be subtracted from your goods in the cart section.
For example, at the moment every customer who lives in the Channel Islands will have the VAT taken off their goods at the checkout stage AFTER you enter your post address and select "Channel Islands" for your country selection.
You must be available to sign for the goods when they are delivered. If the delivery fails the courier will leave you a note. You must then contact them within 5 working days to arrange a suitable delivery time, failing this the goods will be returned back to our warehouse. In these instances we are unable to send the parcel out for a second delivery attempt without charging. If the goods are returned back to us because you no longer want the order then a refund will be given less any delivery costs that we incurred.
If large amounts of items are ordered and cannot be shipped in one box, then additional shipping costs may apply. Your order is NOT confirmed or processed until you have been notified and are satisfied with these additional costs. You may still cancel your order at this stage.
